Monthly Parking Rates

Unreserved $165

Reserved         $205 (Floors 3 and above)

Executive Reserved $225 (2nd Floor Secured)

1st Floor Reserved $220 (Oversized vehicles)

$10 card activation fee for all new monthly contracts.

Monthly parking payments are due on the 1st of each month.  

We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, ACH push (billpay) or ACH pull (eCheck) payments for monthly parking. Credit/debit card payments include a $5 convenience fee per parker per month. ACH pull (eCheck) payments include a $2.50 convenience fee per parker per month. 

Monthly Parking Rules & Regulations

Your monthly permit allows you to park one vehicle, in a designated area, at your sole risk. Poydras Parking Company does not agree to safeguard your vehicle or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle, or its contents. Poydras Parking is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss to your vehicle or its contents. Only a license to park is granted hereby, and no bailment is created. In the event that a lawsuit is filed for any casualty to your vehicle or its contents, you agree to defend and indemnify Poydras Parking for any other type of loss including reasonable attorney fees. This is your entire contract and no Poydras Parking employee may modify or waive any of its terms.

1. Monthly parking fees are due on the first of every month, and subject to cancellation on the second day of the month.

2. Key card holders should not take tickets from the ticket machine. If you have forgotten your key card, please notify the parking attendant in the parking management office. If you have taken a ticket to gain entrance, please submit the ticket for exit. Each facility manager is responsible for all missing tickets. Your cooperation is appreciated.

3. Monthly permit holders must park in designated areas.

4. Customer agrees to report any damage caused by the customer's vehicle. If discrepancies exist, please see the parking manager.

5. Customer agrees to follow the instructions of garage/lot personnel and/or posted signage.

6. There may be a 6 month minimum for individual monthly parking contracts. Prior notice of cancellation is required. Please contact facility manager.

7. Do not leave tickets or key cards in vehicles.

8. Do not leave valuable or phones in vehicles. Lock all possessions away for safe keeping.

9. Overnight parking is prohibited without prior notification. You must call the garage office at 504-561-0575 or email contact@poydrasparking.com to provide vehicle information, length of stay, and to confirm availability.
