Parking Information - 1200 Poydras St. Garage

The 1200 Poydras St. Garage is connected directly to the 1250 Poydras Office Building, Dave & Buster's, the Hyatt Regency and the Hyatt House hotels and provides in and out parking. The garage is also located one block away from the Caesars Superdome. Payment is required immediately upon parking. Credit cards and exact cash are accepted. Pay Stations are located at every elevator landing. An accurate license plate or temporary tag number is required. Unpaid vehicles will be booted or towed at the owner's expense and risk.

The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except major adverse events like natural calamities.

2. The clearance inside the garage is 6’ 8”. Be advised that vehicles exceeding the height restriction are at risk for serious damage.

3. Visitor parking is available on garage levels two and above in any space not marked “RESERVED” or “HANDICAPPED”. Unauthorized vehicles parked in “RESERVED” spaces or in a “HANDICAPPED” space without proper credentials will be towed or immobilized at the owner’s expense and risk. Refer to signs posted throughout the garage or call the garage office for further information.

4. Parking in a manner that occupies more than one space, or parking in areas not designated for parking will result in booting and/or towing at owner's expense. In addition, large vehicles should be parked away from turning lanes and end spaces. If more than one parking space must be used, all of them must be paid separately (including long vehicles or all types of trailers). Every space occupied must be paid for.

5. The garage has a 5-mph speed limit. Please obey the speed limit while in the garage. Headlights should be used at all times in the garage.

6. Pedestrian traffic is not permitted on the ramp between level one and two.

7. Bicycles, skateboards, etc. are prohibited in the garage. Please use bike racks outside the garage.

8. Please exercise caution on the elevator landings and all parking surfaces when it rains as surfaces may become slippery.

9. Please remove all valuables from view in your vehicle and lock your vehicle when you park. We do not assume any liability for lost or stolen property or damage to your vehicle.

10. Monthly contract parkers have access to the garage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, except during Superdome events.

11. Monthly contract parkers must provide accurate vehicle information including license plate number, make, model and color before parking their vehicles. Failure to due so will result at booting and towing at owner's expense.

12. As a convenience for tenants that desire to validate parking for their clients, parking vouchers are available for parking seven days a week. Call or email the garage for further details.
